It reminds me of the plumber. He gives a hefty bill to Mrs. Bernstein.
She says, "What are you a heart surgeon ?" and the plumber replies,

In the tradition of adding one joke to another, especially if it doesn't have to do with the topic:

A Russian's car is broken in a small Galician town. He's is referred to the local Jewish horsesmith, who opens the bonnet (hood) and hits something with his hammer. Enginge works again. The driver is happy, asks what he ows him.

"Ten rubles."
"What, that much?! I want a detailed bill."

The smith writes down:
- Given a klopp......1 rbl.
- Known where......9 rbl.
