Deductive logic is universal. Inductive logic, which
is more difficult, is statistical decision theory.
There are more kinds of logic, but if it is logical,
it is expressible in a symbolic language, independent
of the "natural" languages, in which it is usually at
least difficult and clumsy.

Miracles make it impossible to deduce natural laws.

It is not sufficient; logic cannot provide information
about which alternatives are better. Moreover, logic
can show that one cannot have a logical society composed
of logical individuals, so it is necessary to compromise.
But logic can get us on the page.
