Not according to Professor Matty Lifschitz the expert at Soroka Hospital
in Beersheva where the injurned were sent. The material was "a NON-dangerous
allergen". It was not acid. Not nitric acid, not sulphuric acid. No one
took a pH meter and tested the material at the scene. I repeat: according
to the expert at Soroka Hospital the material was a harmless allergen
that caused irritation. My guess is that they dunked some Jalapeno peppers
into the olive oil and then threw some of this oil overboard.
