Although, if one does refrain from eating meat as a "hanhagah tovah"
(for reasons of personal development, say), one may require hatarat
nedarim to resume meat-eating; CYLOR. When I decided to resume eating
of animal flesh some 8 years ago, I was told by Rav Aharon Lichtenstein
to do hatarat nedarim.
