DEPOSIT AND CREDIT BANK LICENCE FOR SALE IN TURKEY(last bank licence)

At 1954, he started his banking operations under the name of "Labor
Credit Bank".(Deposit and Credit banking) During the year 1983, with
the decision of Council of Ministers, his banking operations were
aborted due to his debts to the Associations of Banks. The owner of
the bank has paid all his debts to the Associations of Banks and in
order to get his banking license back, he brought the case to the
suit. At the year 2006, the court has gave a case date to the 23th of
July 2007 to give their final decision together with expert witness
in
favor of the owner of the bank. The owner of the bank will take back
his banking license again on the 23th of july 2007. According to the
Republic of Turkey Laws, a court decision must be approved in 30
days.
After completing these legal period, the owner of the bank will again
have the rights of opening a bank, operating in banking sector and
collecting deposit from depositors. And then the owner of the bank is
thinking about selling his banking license after that. In Turkey,
Council of Ministers approval and minimum 250,000, 000.00 USD capital
is required for a person to be the owner of a bank.
These will make for buying procedure;
We will make general counsil of the bank and get it ready for
transfer
Who will buy the bank would have to be skilled person or association
as bank laws.Also capital of the bank have to be increased for
120.000.000USD,and thise money have to paid to the company by new
partners.
After these two conditions is done we will take the permission set to
rights for the bank
.
