Reduce stress - pay off your mortgage, divorce the wife, cancel all
credit cards and go to the Mediterranian. Phone your mother-in-law
and tell her that she is getting her bitch back - "not fit for
purpose". Swim in the Med's salty waters for at least one hour each
day; sunbathe; drink a bottle of Chianti; Lobster tail followed by wok
prepared beef in ginger and garlic; Bunnahowen 15 year old as a
parting glass; shag a 19 year old tatooed ingurlanger seeking to win a
bet (helmet protection recommended); a good *** and get to bed
before dawn. Now this prescription will sort out the psoriasis.
However there could be side-effects for other aspects of your life.
Butterfly wings and all that....
I don't suffer from stress or credit or mortgage. Some guys get a mid
life crisis and buy a sportscar. I get psoriasis, I should have gone
for the sportscar, ahhh well, the itchy is free.

Psoriasis is partly a seasonal phenomenon, and this is the season.
I recommend you spend the entire winter in a hot country.
It never fails. (sorry, practicality was never my strong suit).
In fact, in many cases it can be all but cured, or at least reduced to
very low levels, with some very fundamental diet and exercise
measures, plus stress reduction helps, though i should point out that
alcohol is the number one no-no! If dropping that is too risky, I
won't waste me time with the diet *** and regime, there's no
point : ) It's all about cost-benefit decisions regarding quality of
life, and health freaks like me have got to respect everyone else's
decisions. Fact is, very, very few are up for the approach i mention,
though I know for sure it works for the handful I know who can follow
it!
