We also acknowledge the grief and pain of their relatives.
It hasn't gone away, you know.
Their grief and pain was caused by an organisation that chose to fight their
"war" by planting bombs where civilians, innocent men women and children,
were likely to be the only casualties. No-one could expect anything else of
a bomb placed in a pub, shopping centre, or bus station. Sinn Féin might be
doing better in the polls now than at any time during the last 40 years, but
the reason for that is simple; their terrorist wing isn't killing people any
more.
But if you expect anyone to forget the fact the July 72 bombings were
carried out by men under the command of Gerry Adams because of a
half-hearted, qualified apology, you are very much mistaken.
I'm not expecting anyone to forget anything. What I'm expecting is
that, in the recognition that bad things went on, by both sides of the
conflict, that we can leave it in the past.
In that case, can we anticipate seeing less whining about Strongbow et
al from you?
The Republican movement has owned up to its wrong doing by that
apology. British forces have *somewhat* owned up to theirs with the
Stevens Report and the O'Loan Report but still have some way to go.
Why's that then eh Falcon?
Bite the bullet.

You really are an unpleasant piece of ***. Get out of Ireland and go
back to NZ.
I'm already there.
You sound like an hysterical girl.
You've heard 'hysterical girls' telling Brit securocrats to 'bite the
bullet'?
Look, if you're going to make ad hominems...you could, at the very
least, make them even remotely accurate.
Here's an example: "You're a twisted bitter old man past his useby
date". Thats an example of 'at least remotely accurate'.
Thats enough learning for the day though as its time for your hot
chocolate and being wheeled out into the sun. Nursey will be along in
a moment.
Have a nice day
