When I was in boot camp,, there was this guy who always bought two cartons (the limit) of cigarettes every time we were allowed to go to the exchange. I though that was odd, given that he didn't smoke. However, he'd sell them very dearly in the day or two before the next time we could go. 


Have you noticed that just about every army group has such a man?
And they usually make a pot full of money before they are discharged.




Unless then end up dead or in the Brig.
