Is this where the reconstruction money is going? to build walls ,
prisons and fortify refineries and oil fields while Iraqi civilians
are denied sanitation, clean water, electricity and those other
luxuries?
I believe it still all points to the actions of the incompetent
dictator of Iraq,,George Bush Jr and his chief lackey, war profiteer
and the cmmandr of Haliburton..sidekick Cheney
Naturally Cheney doesn't want out of Iraq. He and Haliburton are
making a profit from the fiasco
