How stupid do you think the terrorists are? They didn't know already?
Give me a break.

I'd have to say they are nearly as stupid as you. If they knew the US was
spying and gathering intelligence on their financial transactions,
wouldn't they stop doing it? If they stopped doing it, why would anyone
continue to gather intelligence on what they were no longer doing? Can
you prove that the terrorists knew the US was gathering their financial
information?

The point is that the Bush Crime Family is breaking the law once again.
They are just pissed at the NY Times for reminding people.

Prove that Bush broke the law. Are you judge and jury as well?

Simple: Did bush have a warrent?

Ans: NO!

There are circumstances when warrants are not needed.

Very few.

The fact remains that there are occasions where a warrantless search
is warranted.

The fact remains that there have been warrantless searches conducted
that were unwarranted as a matter of policy under the Bush
administration.

That would be your opinion, not fact. The AG thinks differently.

Did he break the law?

Ans: Yes!

Probably not.

I hope the fact that he is now spying on money will scare his big-bucks
contributors. After all, they can't really believe that if he is willing
to break the law to spy on everyone that he will spare them if he
doesn't like something he does.

George Bush has betrayed his oath of office.

Opinions, not fact.

Facts.

That would be your opinion.
