Mind you, Americans are killing Americans more than Muslims. (Americans
who also happen to be Muslim must be counted twice, one in each category.)
But I'm not sure whether people are any worse or better, morally speaking,
because they tend to kill within their group rather than outside it.

On the other hand, quite obviously more Muslims are killed by Americans
than Americans are killed by Muslims. And that, arguably, *does* matter if
one wants to perform some sort of moral comparison.

Hey, moron, he was talking about Iraq, where the muslims are responsible for
nearly all of the "civilian deaths" that are always attributed to Americans.
We aren't killing Iraqi civilians in large numbers, the enemy is. They are
terrified of US forces, and hide from them like the cowards they are, coming
out of hiding only when there are no Americans around, to kill Iraqi
civilians, so that their progandists and useful idiots can then lie about
"all the innocent Iraqis killed by Americans" when, in fact, the Americans
try to protect the civilians while the enemy kills as many as they can on a
daily basis.
