Hey moron, that's how long it takes US and Soviet ICBMs to reach any point
on the globe... about 35 minutes. Welcome back to reality, a reality where
your knowledge of these issues is so non-existant as to make you attempt to
claim that it is impossible for missiles to deliver warheads in exactly the
amount of time that it takes for them to do it. Why do you attempt to
discuss subjects that you clearly know absolutely nothing about?
