If he's saying what people claim he said is true, yes. I truly doubt
these so called "quotes" are very accurate, and they are probably out
of context.
In any case, I'm sure you know that Russia is standing by Syria and
Iran at this moment. I don't know what Bush is thinking, but I think
Russia is making their stance quite obvious.
