Which is it ?
Well I do NOT believe they are incompetent.
Hundreds of incidents which are called "accidents"
not only belie the truth but negate any and all talk
about smart targeted weapons.
It is just bullshit.
They LIE !
Most of the "accidents" were in fact not accidents at all.
It was deliberate cold blooded civilian murder.
Why 911 you say ?
Look what we did to these people.
How can anyone ask why ?
