Spoken as a child's perspective. The intent is good but the lack of
reality is obvious.

I would go further. An agency like the U.N. that had a peace keeping
force of say, 1 percent of the total population of every country on the
planet. Funded by 1 percent of each countries gross income. Armed with
the latest, greatest technology available on the planet.

If the proper guidelines were put into place, this would be all our
planet would need to govern itself.

Replace the term; "Country" with the term "territory" for each piece of
real estate on the globe.

Wars would quickly cease to exist. Mankind could use the planets
resources to benefit the people instead of to kill them.

This WILL happen. It will probably be in several thousand years, but it
will happen.

Until then, just how is the balance of the planet to be created?

Fine, you want to do away with control factors that are now in place?
Then tell me how you would replace that control PRIOR to getting rid of
what exists now.

Tell me if you think just getting rid of the control would work. I
don't think so, but tell me if you do.

I keep hearing what's wrong now. Let me hear how to fix it. It's easy
to bitch. It's much harder to fix the problems.
