Well, Yap (lep) has decided to try to discredit the USA by bringing a
weak, disjointed argument about the after effects of the recent
hurricane into the group. I believe that he is trying in his retarded
way, to show that the USA is spending money in Iraq that should have
been used to prepare for the hurricane.
