Syrian ministers praise quality of Iranian cars

Damascus

Syrian ministers of transport and state praised the quality of Iranian
made automobiles.

Speaking to IRNA, Syrian Minister of Transport Makran Obeid
said, " I feel proud of the progress made in the auto industry of
the Islamic Republic of Iran." He expressed hope that Iranian cars,
considering their affordable prices and good quality, can compete
with other cars in Syrian market.

Obeid urged Iranian exporters and car producers to give more facilities
to Syrian consumers to encourage them to buy Iranian cars.

Minister of State in Adminiatrative Development Hasan An-Nouri
also praised the quality of Iranian industries and pointed to economic
cooperation between Iran and Syria. He welcomed any joint investment
by the two countries in auto industries.
