is a generic of a legal system in entirety, jackass sag-bahaim; a
system that was founded in England and was carried over by British
colonials throughout all of what is today known as the Anglophone
world. Corporate law in the Anglophone world is a branch of the Common
Law system, not a distinct element. Why don't read that article again
