Anti-war demonstrators in London and Glasgow have called for the return of troops from Iraq.

Organisers from the Stop the War coalition said 60,000 people turned out in London's Trafalgar Square, but British police put the figure at 10,000. In Glasgow, around 2000 demonstrators gathered in George Square for the Bin the Bomb anti-Trident (British nuclear subs and missiles) rally.
