Dear Friends,

Unfortunately I am not able to spend
much time to discuss the current issues
facing SCI but let me note I am
convinced it is *not* because of
differences of opinion on how to deal
with IRI and it *is* related to IRI
and its agents abroad.

Recently I particpated in a listing
called "list-main@xxxxxxxxxxxxx" and
was posting a lot of useful interesting
info and actually knowing the list
I avoided to post anything that was
too much anti-IRI. Nonetheless,
I noticed every time I posted
anything even a bit critical of IRI,
such as the interview of Akbar Ganji
I would get DS attacks on my own
personal email and one time it
had 2000 emails in the DS attack.

I sent a note about the issue to the
list and contacted the owner of the list
who is Mr. Siamak Farahbakhshian
from a company called "infostreet.com" which
is a company in Los Angeles and
owns the site "hamzaboon.com".

I sent Mr. Siamak Farahbakhshian the
headers of the DS attack
and asked him to verify it was
a DS attack and is not just me
imagining anything whichfirst response
sounded like. He confirmed it
was DS attack.

About two weeks passed and I noticed my
posts that were not being moderated
before, were now being moderated as
they would show up with long delays.
I thought nothing of it. And for
two weeks there were no DS attacks.
Then again I posted something critical
of IRI and suddently got DS attacks
again.

I immediately contacted Mr. Farahbakhshian
and wrote to him that his list does
not have too many people and I have
traced the IP address of the machine
the DS attack had orinigated from
and I wrote to him that he can easily
verify the IP on his list and determine
who the individual is who is making
the attack and I can report the
name to law enforncement because the
DS attacks are big security issues
and there is long jail sentence
for those doing them just like
those who post as imposters. Hamzaboon.com
server suddenly was making
my emails to Mr. Farahbakhshian or
to anybody else at infostreet.com to bounce. They still played the game
of
sending emails like my email address
is bouncing to justify removing me
from the list not to face with law suits.
I have been around enough and am an
expert in networking and know all
these are games.

I am not accusing Mr. Siamak
Farahbakhshian and infostreet.com
and hamzaboon.com as the attackers
but they are protecting the attackers
who are on their list to know what
I post and their list is very short
and can esily determine who is
the DS attacker and perhaps they
already know and are silent about
it.

Mr. Siamak Farahbakhshian and
many of those on his list like
try to say they are not
political but they advertise for IRI
and are basically IRI lobbyist
apologists presenting their politics as
if they are neocon and Bush critics.

Basically being lobbyst type guys in
the U.S. in the current times,
I can say the least that they are
used by IRI real agents who try
to keep such lists as obedient to
IRI and these people are aware of
what is going on and let it work
that way. I just decided not to waste
my time with them, There are a lot of
other sites that self-censor and
play along with IRI although they
are outside Iran and this is the
sad reality of Iranian life that
is justfying working with the
fascists of IRI. I think Steven Emerson
long ago explained all these
very well.

Our problem is *not* neocon or Bush.
We had all these threats against
IRI opposition and the death threat
to Salman Rushdie and killing of
Bakhtiar and others long before all
the current Iraq and US situation.
Let's not blame our issues on
others.

BTW I highly respect our friend who
is a sincere subscriber on this group
who has always been someone caring
to have real dialogue here and my
points are not against him and is
just to bring some perspective to
what we are dealing with.
