I genuinely don't think Iran needs an oil minister or an oil ministry.

If the president could think creatively he would scap the oil ministry
which is an extra layer of bureaucracy and political meddling on top of
the 4 very competent semi-autonomus companies.

Things will then be done quicker and for pragmatic, practical reasons,
not for political ones.
