The criminals are mostly iraqis , who have no job , have no money ,
have nothing.
They are going to robbing and kidnapping and killing if people refuse
pay them money.

According to Int Law The US occupation forces are responsible for
Security.
But because The americans are bunch of incompetent , coward , and
criminals people,don´t care about
Securioty.
They want only to protect the oil fileds , and because they are
incompetent idiots , They cann´t do also this thing too.
