Why should people have to shout themselves hoarse to get any proper work done by the congress party. Should not the congress party do the right thing simply because that's the right thing to do.

Regarding initiating the JPC they are not even implementing it when
people are crying themselves hoarse. Their obstinacy and arrogance
knows no bounds. However, in other things even when they finally do
something it is only after people have to literally force them to do
the right thing. Should not this useless congress party simply do the
right thing because its the right thing to do. Can they not govern
properly without being told by the Supreme court how they should
govern. Are they so bereft of morality that doing the right thing is
something contradictory to their corrupt nature. I guess it is.
