'Belief' has nothing to do with the Constitution of India, and take the
time to really know it. Unless you had a problem with Judges or the
Auditor-General, you wouldn't worry about Arts. 376/377. :-)

It is Art.370 that is contentious, and I agree this should go away.
Despite all the brave talk (almost always shrill) by several people, no
one has had the will to take on this issue - more than likely to avoid a
big international problem. The problem is easily fixed if a low life
form like Geelani is frog marched west across the LoC and told he'd come
in the crosshairs if he tried any 'Samjhautas' ever. Oh, he can take the
Sayeeds with him. However, your rather emphatic declaration (in all
caps) does not quite wash with me. In a recent post you had averred that
'Swarnim' Gujarat was 'doing so much' for India, that it was better for
it to secede from the Indian union. So, are you against autonomy for
J&K, or are you really asking for the same for 'Swarnim' Gujarat? Would
'Swarnim' Gujarat be open to the idea of millions of Biharis and
Bhaiyyas (some with PhDs - real or fake) to settle in Gujarat and buy
precious land in the Omland? Posts by PPS Bevdoji Maharaj (of Surat
Haveli) seem to suggest otherwise. :-)

First of all Gujarat is an open state. Anyone can come here and buy
land. So, the question of us being open to people coming here simply
does not arise. Anyone who wants to come and settle in Gujarat can
come and do so. The same should apply to Kashmir. However, Nehru the
idiot was the one responsible for setting this chain of events where I
as a citizen of India can buy land in US or UK (if I have the money to
do so) but cannot buy land and live in Kashmir which as far as I know
is still a part of India. It is that King of Gadha's Nehru who put us
in this mess. I am certainly against J and K seperating. In fact even
if just the Kashmir valley were to seperate leaving Leh, Ladakh and
Jammu with the rest of India I would still be against it but I guess
eventually the way things are going we might have to accept just that
small strip of land maybe about 10 to 15 percent of the entire land
mass of Kashmir going away to all the people who live in the Kashmir
valley. I am not for it at all but it is a possibility that might
happen considering how weak this government is and if they once again
come back to power in 2014 than things will only get worse.

My statement regarding Gujarat seriously considering seperation is
based on the way the congress party feels it can rule over everyone in
a ship shod manner. They alienated Punjab in much the same way. Maybe
you are not old enough to know just how bad things were in the 1980's.
It was only the actions of then Inspector General of Police (At that
time IG was the top post and not DG) Mr. Gill who managed to bring the
situation under control. Believe me things were really quite bad at
that time in Punjab. Today, people in the Northeast feel alienated. I
for one never felt alienated till the congress decided to play its
dirty politics against the people of Gujarat. See it is quite simple
for anyone to understand what is going on. When you insult the
democratically elected leader of a state you DO AND I REPEAT YOU DO
INSULT THE PEOPLE AS WELL. Just try insulting any head of state from
any country and see how the people will react. For 8 years now I have
heard all kinds of crap against Narendra Modi and Gujarat. We in
Gujarat know just how badly the congress party have ruled in Gujarat.
Not only did they give us massive corruption but THERE WAS ALSO LOTS
OF COMMUNALISM. In fact a lot of the communal tensions in Gujarat can
be attributed to the way various congress party chief ministers
created tensions between the two communities. It was politics of the
worst kind. The congress party has nothing in which to target Gujarat
so they get their stooges in the media to talk about Godhra. What
bullshit. They are ones to talk. There have been 4 major communal
riots under the congress party in their 40 years of rule in Gujarat
and only 1 major communal riot under the BJP. Please use your head
when you see the facts. All the 4 major communal riots were just as
bad as the 2002 riots and in fact the riots in the 1960's were far far
worse because even after the army was called in many muslims were
still massacred. Yet we see brainwashing of people by media stooges
which results in people voting against the BJP. What a load of
bullshit. Wake up and smell the coffee (or tea).

What Gujarat and Gujaratis want is a good clean administration. Modi
has delivered on a good able administration which has the least amount
of corruption compared to previous regimes in Gujarat. Also, when one
talks about encounters believe me there were many many such encounters
during the congress time. So, who the hell are they to talk. Its just
pure dirty politics and as I mentioned in earlier posts their game is
more devious than just trying to grab Gujarat. They have realized that
every time they target Modi thier votes go up in other parts of India
from their vote banks which they are targetting. Sadly, this vote bank
has fallen for this bullshit. So, the more congress party demonizes
Modi the more their votes increase in the rest of India. Just what
kind of bullshit is this. It seems that Modi and Gujarat are more the
enemy of this current UPA government than even Pakistan. So, if this
is the kind of politics the congress party want to play I for one
honestly feel Gujarat would be better off on its own. Do you even know
how much bullshit they have tried to pull in Gujarat. They even
insulted Amitabh Bachhan simply because he wanted to be a brand
ambassador of Gujarat. Not a brand ambassador of Modi but a brand
ambassador of Gujarat. So, their politics now is if you praise Gujarat
you are in trouble if you are in the congress party. Just what kind of
politics is this. In fact if any congress member praised Modi (because
Modi has delivered on governance and development) he or she was
actually reprimanded and in some cases made to leave the party. Even
enemies learn from their enemies and respect thier enemies if they are
good at something. Here the congress party is treating Modi as someone
worse than what someone even treats their own enemies.

So, if this is the direction of politics the congress party wants to
take I for one honestly feel Gujarat is better off on its own. The
kind of India the congress party is trying to create with its hate and
divisive politics is not the kind of India I want to live in.


I do not disagree with you that Art.370 should be scrapped. I will, however, take issue with the statement that 'Gujarat and Gujaratis want a good clean administration.' This statement is applicable to all Indian states, not just Gujarat. Until each Indian state stops thinking that it is 'special', the nonsensical Art.370 is still fair game.


Interestingly, MMS has been making strange statements about J&K autonomy
and how Kashmiris feel 'alienation'. If anyone felt any alienation it
would be because of any special status conferred on them, that too based
on some phony concept of 'Kashmiriyat' [pure codswallop much like
Pashtunwali of the cave-dwelling baboons further west].



That biggest of idiots and Gadha number one called Nehru really
screwed things up for India when he gave special status to Kashmir and
then also called for a UN plebicite on the issue. If Sardar Vallabhai
Patel had become the PM, Kashmir would never have been the problem
that it is today. Lots of people from India would have over the years
moved into Kashmir and by the intermingling and integration of Indians
all over Kashmir would have not only been more cosmopolitan but would
have also flourished economically.

Instead that idiot Nehru created an isolationist land purely for those
few people living in Kashmir. So, in the end what we have today is
less than 10 million people living on over 50,000 square miles. By the
people land ratio that India has those people living in the Kashmir
valley should not have more than 10,000 square miles. (probably even
less than that).

Now of course, when so few people are living on so much land they want
to be excluded from the rest of India so Indians get even less land
(and our ratio gets even worse than before) and those few people
living in the Kashmir valley get access to all that huge amount of
land. Now who wouldn't want that. Under the socialistic model of India
this would be the biggest of crimes if ever allowed to go unchecked.

The solution is very simple. Let more Indians go and live in Kashmir.
If this does not happen than the Kashmir issue will never be resolved.
For those few people will continue living on so much land and will
always want to be excluded from the rest of India. Nehru for all his
