My Village had 2 Shiva temples and 1 Rama temple 1 Krishna Haveli two
masjids one each for Shia and Sunnis, the Shia one being opulent.

Shiva and Rama temples were looked after by Baavaa Community families.
Of that community there were about 15 families in the village. Except
3 families of the temple rest were farm labourers. This community got
recognised asv BC along with Cobblers. The untouchables too had their
temple but never knew what was in it. As the untouchable too had their
own Navaratri festival as colourful or perhaps more I just assume
that the Temple was of Durga. No Godess temple in the village except
that of the kuladevo of the King of Porbandar, one who was the captain
of the first Indian Test Cricket team that visited England.
