India needs to target Education and Government

I would like to thank the Congress Party for bringing India into
the 21st Century by establishing a capitalist economic system within
India. However, there are two other factors which need to be
addressed for India to be a functional entity of the world body of
nations. One is education and the other is government.
WIth respect to education, India needs to provide both primary and
secondary education as compulsory for all it's citizens. Secondary
education has not been attained by many of the Citizens of India.
Education is the natural response of early civilizations to the
struggle of surviving and thriving as a culture. High rates of
education are essential for countries to achieve high levels of
economic growth.
With respect to government, India needs to adopt a two party
system. A two party system is efficient and really cuts the red
tape. Adopting a two party system will allow India to get things
done. For example, monumentus projects as infrastructure development
and defense can best be handled by a two party system. A two party
system is really a turn key solution to complex projects and
endeavors. The multiparty system has lead to riots, destabilization,
and a lockdown of govenmental processes. Indira Gandhi has been
instrumental in encouraging a two party system as a means of
developing a better defense system against China's incursion into
India during her youth. More importantly a two party system is a
great economic endeavor because it saves the overheads of companys,
both nationally and internationally, with dealing with the government.
V.P. SIngh has been instrumental in introducing a capitalist
economic system. I pray he is also instrumental in introducing a two
party system as well as a secondary education for all of India's
citizens. Good luck to you and God bless.
