Dear Ker...
I do not agree with your opinion but I respect and would defend your
right to express it. I reiterate my view that if anyone is offended
by anything they ought to seek redressal in accordance with law. The
police are obliged to maintain peace and have no business taking sides
with violent protesters, an issue which the Supreme Court has recently
issued notice to all state govts and the centre on. I believe the
returnable date is sometime in November.
