Re: Victims of the Criminal Justice System in India

Dear Manasavachakarma
I am obviously referring to serious offences such as murder, rape,
violent crimes, cheating, etc, where the Accused get away scot free
due to incompetent investigation and worse public prosecution. I am a
victim of crime and I know the battle Im facing in the courts thanks
to the idiot public prosecutor and the over smart defence lawyers.
This is not at all a joking or trivial matter. You are of course
