I have not seen the movie, but know enough about it
to post this message. What I do know in depth is the
history of the Barrackpore incident culminating in
the hanging of Mangal Pandey and Isuri (Ishwari)
Pandey in March 1857. I collected my info from mainly
British works, such as by Malleson and Kaye.

Indian producers, especially from Bollywood,
know how to ruin a historical plot.
