Many people must have received the message by e-mail in the last few
days, but those who still don't know: A Gujarati-English-Gujarati
dictionary is on the Internet, usable by Internet Explorer version 6.0
or higher at the address www.GujaratiLexicon.com.
You might have trouble with finding these things.
1, Fonts. New Windows versions come with a Unicode font which solves the
problem. Older ones will have to download Code2000.ttf
2, Joint letters. Select the first character, then type the _
\
(incomplete consonant) which will appear below that first letter, and
then type the second character.
I tried a few less-common words and found their meanings in English. I
have not tried the advanced features - synonyms, antonyms, idioms and
proverbs.
Don't ask me more. I am not related to this dictionary in any way.
