Nation lost a Leader who rose in steps, in levels to achieve to glory
with his ability to read between the lines of most of national issues
visionary to understand the pulse of the people which are likely to
create
its effect on future of Indian politics.Such was his depth that when
we use to
get to listen to his thought on subject of national importance his
mind,body
and soul made truthful emotion which made him submerged into the topic
an ease,an effortlessness to bring the subject with lighten and
enlighten

person with touch of honour in his eyes and outlook.

Prime Minister Mr Man Mohan Singh,who viisited ailing former PM
Chadershekhar last night said on his death," He steered the ship of
our nation and economy through stormy waters with statesmanship and
wisdom". He" was not afraid of taking unpopular decsion if these were
in the larger national interest and served the nation in long term".

Born at ibrahimpatti in Ballia district of UP in the year 1927 on 18
April, Post Graduate in Political science from Allahabad
University,socialist from core of his heart was first elected to Rajya

1967,he was dear both to Shri JP Naraina and Mrs Indira Gandhi but
during emergency he was jailed being CWC and GS of the party as he
