We are doing a survey on food labelling at the University of Tasmania in collaboration with Hong Kong Baptist University.

We ask you to complete a quick and easy online survey at http://www.utas-survey.org.

This cross-cultural study aims to understand how an item's labelling affects your evaluation of it.

It will help us understand the dynamics of "busy" food labels, and what environmental claims and information are valued consumers, who values the claim, and how much place-of-origin and environmental claims are worth.
