Voice over talent needed

Hi everyone, thanks for reading.

My name is Scott Byrne and I am the audio engineer at CP Language in
New York, NY. We are currently in need of a Hmong translation and
voice recording of a 163 word phone message. I have had a terribly
difficult time finding someone who is a native speaker of the language
to do a translation & recording. This should be a very brief process
and it is paid work. I am wondering if you are aware of anyone who is
able to help me in this endeavor.
