Yog! Here's another thought....peb hmoob tsis need to buy a piece of
dirt somewhere in the middle of nowhere to call Hmongville. Hmong can
easily move into existing communities and slowly BUY OUT the
town...or.....we could do like the viet...commit crimes of
uninmaginable until the residents can't longer feel safe and they sell
their houses to Hmong families. Slowly...work our way into the system
and in a few years....we have a HMONGVILLE with local Hmong officials
runnng the town lawm xwb. Puav yoojyim thiab? lol
