Re: To Mr. Yong Chanthalangsy

To Mr. Yong Chanthalangsy.

Your Lao PDR Motto is:

"Peace, Independence, Democracy, Unity and Prosperity."

Your Constitution, Chapter 1, Article 3 said:

"The rights of the multi-ethnic people to be the masters of the
country are exercised and ensured through the functioning of the
political system with the Lao People's Revolutionary Party as its
leading nucleus."

Attacks on it's own citizens IS NOT "Peace."

Dependent on Foreign Aid IS NOT "Independence"

One Party Rule IS NOT "Democracy"

Forced Unity by Decree IS NOT true "Unity"

Prosperity by foreign and international aid IS NOT true prosperity,
especially if the entire infrastructure is owned, built and managed by
China and others.

Certainly, if the Hammer and Sickle still flies, the motto is just as
IRRELEVANT, and OBSOLETE.
