by reading through their websites, it seems that the first creation
for HND that leads by Christy Lee was found in 1991, and the HND that
found by DYD and other educators was found in 1993. don't do it like
WHPC and CWHP...the HND that found by DYD and other educators shall
change its name because of it did not search for any name that had
already established.
