1. check the cable to see if the computer is properly connected, loose
cable cable can create problem
2. If pass step one, turn the computer off and reboot again to see of
anything change
3. if this step fail, then, turn your computer off, turn back on and
press F8 key continously until the screen comes on out, choose "last
known good configuration? " Press enter to continue booting.
4. if it fails, turn your computer off and reboot again, press f8 Key
continously until the window choice pop up, choose "safe mode", choose
system restore, to the earlier point, choose the point 2 week be for
it crashed. Press "enter"

Note:

you may have a bad hard drive, operating system is corrupted, or video
card is bad...
