I've known Cy Thao for a long time and Cy is not a friend of Cha Vang
nor is Cha a friend of Cy Thao. The two may have met and introduced
each other, but they're not friends.
One thing about Cy Thao is that if he said he wants to help he will
help. He does not back down if he offers it. This is just how Cy Thao is.

All of you naysayers are all wrong again. Again, just because you did
not hear it or see it for yourself it does not mean that he doesn't
know what's going on in the community.
