I believe that Rebecca Sommers is walking on very thin line. She
survives by misleading and maneuvering around people to get what she
wants and throws tantrums when she doesn't get what she wants. I
totally agree with cov lus about tus txiv nab. Even though everyone
has their differences, peb tseem yog Hmoob es tsi xav kom luag lawm tus
Hmoob raug betrayal tib yam.
For those who truly, truly know Laura Xiong, as I do, can honestly say
that she has given so much of her time, energy, and money to help her
people and those less fortunate than her. Many times, there are people
who have a misconception or misunderstanding simply because the
information out there is just so vast and vague. Surely Laura has
enough evidence and proof to support her side of the story. Laura is
half of Rebecca's size so how in the world would she try to hit
Rebecca or knowingly promote any type of violence???? I know Laura
well enough to say that she is not violent in nature. Laura was in no
position to cause any uproar because she was on time constraint to help
out the HDD and rather, needed to be patient with Rebecca in order to
complete the project that she had been working so hard on for many

tham tshaj ~1 minute. Laura never wanted to make this a huge matter
and she tried to resolve with this issue on her own--because it WAS a
personal issue and HDD was still going to go through. However, with
the person that Rebecca is, she is simply trying to make even for going
to jail for hitting Laura, which I find very childish and
irresponsible. But with anything, you will have a leak and if the
topic is significant, people and media will try to analyze it on their
own with the information that they are given. Typical and normal, but
I hope with an open mind.
As I've gotten older, I'm beginning to see how much struggle that
many of us are going through personally. With that personal issue(s),
we sometimes find outlets to substitute for our anger, struggles,
disappointments, and pride. Some deal with it better than others.
Laura Xiong is not trying to take over or compete with the Hmong's
political world, she is only trying help everyone else who cares to
mend a broken passage among the Hmong. So if the political figures
want to play politics or have a power struggle, please go somewhere
else; you are only hitting a brick wall. Whatever your game plans are,
please let Laura do the right thing for our Hmong people who needs her
help and play your games around the laws. Her passion simply lies in
helping our people in the best way that she can.
Mr. Anti,
I knew you, and I also know that you've probably have been
disappointed many times in your life. I wish you wouldn't be so
pessimistic. Life is too short to build your world around hate. The
vulgar ways you express yourself in here and elsewhere are only
temporary satisfaction to relieve your anger and boost up your
self-esteem. You go out into the unkind world and carry all those hate
home just to create more hate for yourself in the unkind virtual world.
Go workout or do something that you really enjoy, seriously, just do
it. People in the real world will see the person that you are no
matter how well you try to hide it-so practice more often of being
kind.
