We all heard the Hmong said, "Nyob luag ntuj yoog luag txuj, nyob luag
teb yoog luag ci", is that still knocking in our heads or lao said,
"Poob nrog uablag ces ua uablag, hos poob nrog dav ces cia ua dav."
This new proposal is pretty fair because all of the minister even Hmong
have to follow the same mendatories why shouldn't the Mej Koob. They
very perform the same duties and act as legal union of the couple.

I am Hmong and I work for public, therefore, my professional are shadow
me 24/7 and these Mej Koob should be treat in the same way. They
should be liable to report any underage marriage, otherwise they should
have to answer the toughest questions from the judge.
