Hanoi makes Wam Xeeb Vaj next Hmong Leader in Laos & Vietnam

Since the fall of Pateekan Khuachak Vienjian in May, 1975-present.
Hanoi had lost more than 20,000 Vietcong men in helping LPDR fought the
Chao Fa Hmoong in Laos.

Last year LPDR was begging Hanoi for more Vietcong troops, but the
Vietcong Commander had disputed with the Vietnamese Central Communist
authority that LPDR shall handle Lao own problems. 30 years war and
more than 20,000 Viet death just to fight the Chao Fa is not worth.

When the Central Communist Party cannot order the Vietcong Commander to
return to fight in Laos. Last January, the Prime minister of Vietnam
promoted Mr. Vuong Son ( Hmong-Viet, Wam Xeeb Vaj) former ethnic
affairs and mountain region committee socialist republic of Vietnam to
become Vice Premier and ordered him to negotiate with Chao Fa Hmong-Lao
to end the conflict in Laos.
as below:

1. Hanoi is willing to donate 5 acres' Lands in Hochinminh City for
Hmong America to establish Chao Fa Embassy in Vietnam.

2. LPDR must accept the Hanoi propositional for Reconciliation with
Chao Fa Hmong-Lao.

3. If LPDR declined the proposal, Hanoi will reconcile with Chao Fa by
having Mr. Son as Hmong-Lao and Hmong-viet new Leader.

Brothers and sisters. It is interesting news. We just have to wait and
see the next move. I really do not mind which Brother or sister is
going to be the next Hmong Leader in Laos and Vietnam.

As long as this person has the will and heart to free Hmong. He/she
will get my support with both energy and financially.
