What is the alternative to solving the problem with the Hmong people in
the jungle? If bringing them out of the jungle is not the option, what
is an alternative. They have no medical care, food, clothing in the
jungle. We have to come up with a workable plan, one that takes the
current situtation and government policy of Laos into palce for the
paln to work.

I suggest we, meaning Hmong in the US stop telling the people to
continue to hide. Establish relationships with the current government
and gradually allow the people from the jungle to intergrate into
society. It can be done, but the message has to come from Hmong people
in the US, that it's time to leave the jungle, that there will not be
any more war for the time being.
