Re: 400,000Baht per killing

after reading these many posts, i'm just having a hot time to
comprehend the Thai Policemen......i believe that they just talk on
nonsense without a concrete evidence and there are ton of speculation
ways in their investigation. it is a total joke like the story below
for thai police official nowaday.

Special report from Laonork Today, a ethnic weekly periodical published

in Sioux City, Iowa:
Monday, January 30, 2006, Sioux City, Iowa. There is a rumor of a
conspiracy that the missing Hmong children were taken up north to
somewhere in China.
A person of color “ຄົນທີ່ມີສີ”, a term used to
describe people in uniform or high ranking officials, in the Thai
military or police depart is behind the disappearance of the 27 Hmong
children. It is reported that the Thai officials had deported these
children back to Laos, but they did not officially turn over the
children to Lao authorities.
Lao authorities have denied receiving these children from the Thai
authorities. A matter of fact, Mr. Yong Chanthalangsy, Director
General of the Press Department of Lao Ministry of Foreign Affairs, on
30 January 2006 gave a Press Conference at the Press Department in
Vientiane and announced that the Thai officials did not notify the Lao
officials of the situation at all. The Lao official only recently was
notified by the US Embassy of this incident. Mr. Yong has stated that
to be consistent with humanitarian policy, the Lao Government will
investigate and search for information relative to this issue.
How ever, Laonork Today has received additional information through an
informant that these missing Hmong kids were not handed over to the Lao

authority just as Mr. Yong Chanthalangsy has stated. In fact they were

never taken back into Laos at all. It is learned that some of the
girls were sold to some of many brothels in Thailand’s red light
district to be used as sex slaves. Some were sold to India so that
their organs can be harvested and sold to matching patients in the
United States and the United Kingdom. The remaining missing children
were sold into slavery to work in sweat shops in southern China.
It is learned that the Thai military or the Thai police, people of
color “ຄົນທີ່ມີສີ”, is behind this entire
ordeal, making money on the side from any opportunity and blaming Laos
for everything they can, including the death of SomOck.
We will bring you further news on this subject as they develop.
