In my opinion, "abnormal" person who's considered as "leader" of his
own group, are somehow adored by them, even worshipped. When he's no
longer exist, rumors nor tales, also legends still remain, make-up, and
spread. He could be "leader" or "king" or "saint"... according to the
large or small numbers of the people who follow him and make his story
alive. We stereotype the word "king". it's just a word. You can even be
a king of a virtual country without any resident.
You or me, or anyone, we just continue our way, and who knows, 100
years later, we are other "king" ? :)
