Re: CONGRATULATION DR. MOUA AND MR. VAJ

Sayasith:

Care to update our fellow Hmong brothers and sisters on the aftermath
of NTR to Laos? Never mind the embargo that the LPDR has imposed on
the rag-tag resisitent groups in the jungle; the resistent fighters
reserve the right to comment on what NTR impact NTR has made on them.
Just elaborate on the impact that NTR has made on Laos' general
population. For example, what change has significantly taken place
that has benefited the people? Who are the beneficiaries and how could
we find an ordinary citizen's own testimony of the good impact NTR has
made?

Just to provide some more point to focus on: has NTR given Hmong and
Lao the tools they need to trade freely with the United States and if
so, how and where is the proof? How has NTR eased traveling
restrictions between Lao in exile and inside? Are there business
development in Laos that has occurred if it weren't for NTR? Which
business entity is it?

The last question is: will the Lao government help her citizens who
fled to Thailand in Tham Krabot due to economic depression stop the
immoral and illegal digging of their loved ones' graves in Thailand if
asked?
