MC,
I did not say you were one of those who caused this mess. Per your
claim, yes, you tried to help them for the good and I do appreciate
your attempt. All my say was to tell the Hmong nothing more than the
truth.
My only confusion is that why not those so called Hmong helpers who
tried to help these people condemn all sides of the trouble makers.
You are right, on the one hand, Thailand has been great in housing SE's
refugees for decades so no doubt about that. On the other hand, she had
been pocketed herself millions and millions of US dollars from
international refugee programs and she is enjoyed of doing this kind of
refugee business a lot. You and I know, dealing with her national or
hihger officials is not only pleasnt but more than kind as you said but
dealing with her local authorities like the police officers and osaos
(guards)is a night mare. The Hmong refugees had experienced countless
of human rights abuse by these local Thai authorities such as raping,
corruption, torture, killing, and etc. These local authorities were
equally as bad as the LPDR soldiers or even worse. In Laos Hmong used
guns to deal with the LPDR soldiers but in Thailand Hmong had nothing
so they used their bodies and monies.
Kuv tsis paub tias compare Koom Haum Lao Family rau Thaib yuav sib
txawv. Nyias muaj nyias qhov phem thiab nyiaj kuj muaj nyias qhov zoo.
Koj hais zaum no Thaib laij cov Hmoob tim dej dawb mus nyob tom ntug
kev tiv tshav tiv nag, yoo tshaib yoo nqhis. Thaib txwv tsis pub pej
xeem Thaib muag zaub mov rau Hmoob nplog, txwv tsis pub doctor pab kho
Hmoob, txwv tsis pub Hmoob siv xov tooj, etc. yog ib qho kev lawv hlub
hmoob tshaj Nplog Liab no lod?
Trust me, I will not blame the local Thai government for deploying such
inhumanity acts against the Hmong. Vim kuv ntseeg hais tias nws yeej
muaj tej yam dab tsi behind the scene that set up by Hmong exiled
trouble maker groups. Don't underestimate these trouble makers'
capabilities. We will see.
