and gals can always figure out a way to justify
spendING our money, pure and simple. If I got this
right, total state spending for the year comes to 9.8
BILLION dollars....that is BILLION. Out of all of
that spending, they could not figure out a way to cut
that spending by just a little? Let us get real
here....the answer is of course they could
have....but they CHOSE not to do that, and decided to
spend the money......
Don't make unwarranted assumptions. Everything goes up
in price. And would having a surplus justify a cut?
