There was an article (can't remember where but it was online) by Lowell
Kalapa of the Tax Foundation of Hawaii that explains the additional
..166%.

Yep! And does it ever get confusing on what the State justifies as
wholesale...at least in my industry. Am I working for someone who
manufactures the 'end product' or am I working for someone who is also
working for someone who manufactures the 'end product'? That is the
question!
