new renewable power plants will be built. But I
would guess that some locations which need power,
aren't good locations of renewable energy, and new

be so disappointed that new oil plants are also
being built.


Someone on the Big Island has to point out that HELCO
is already around, if not above, 20%.  Nyaaaaaah. :P

Yes,,, the big island has a lot to be proud in this
regard. But I suspect that since it's a state
requirement, it just allows a lot less renewable plants
to be built on Oahu where the NIMBY effect is stronger.
