I thought this issue was put to bed a long time ago...ANYONE in Haiti
can be a kdinapper and many are, regardless of position, profession,
class, race or "looks". The police, students, businessmen, drug
dealers (foreign and domestic), ex-army, ...anyone. When tens of
thousands of dollars are being paid in lump sums of CASH, it attracts
the greediest and unethical of humans...
